In addition to that, the foundation is complete, with those smart vents in place. There are a few piles of boards and it appears they will be made into something in the next days.
The weather has been cooperating; warm days in the 60's. The weekend will be in the 40's with rain. It has been just the opposite, so this is good for house building.

Isn't it fun??? My advice, from having "been there. .done that" is for you to check on the progress daily. In spite of the fact that you tell folks what you want and even write it down, doesn't mean that that's what happens. As you get further along you will really enjoy selecting all of the colors, tile, carpet, etc. I hope the weather holds out for you. I'm already wondering when the "open house celebration" will be.
