No Photos Today

Although things have been happening at 604 Evergreen Lane, I don't have any photos today. Some of you know I have been under the weather; some kind of bronchial thing that keeps me coughing and little else. But today I had to go to the house to see what had transpired since I last saw it.

According to the builder, I had 4 deer visiting up to my front yard last week. By the time I got there today, rain had obliterated any signs of the critters.

All outside lights are on; inside lighting except for the kitchen and bathroom vanity fixtures are connected; ceiling fans/lights, bathroom fans/lights. Two doorbells, one on the front and one on the west side; foyer ceiling light, heat pump is installed; thermostat in place. Trim is awaiting the trim experts and the flooring, ie vinyl, carpeting and hardwood is scheduled for next week. Cabinets are anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks out and will probably be the last to go in. So far, I can say I'm totally pleased with the work that has been done here. I have to say that I have been under no stress regarding the building of this house. How many people can say that? (now I might have had some stress, but it was totally self-inflicted)
